GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Booking Terms
In order to guarantee your booking, a pre-authorisation may be carried out from the date of booking until the date of check-in. This will correspond to the cost of your first night’s stay at the establishment.
The security deposit will be refunded in full, provided the hotel has not identified any damage at the time of departure.
Any booking of 4 rooms or more may be subject to specific conditions and additional charges.
Secure Transaction
Our website uses some of the most advanced internet security technologies available today. All stages of the booking process are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard in this field. Your information is encrypted and protected through server authentication and data stream encryption.
The security certificate used is issued by the accredited third-party organisation USERTrust RSA Certification Authority and is utilised by the D-EDGE booking system. You can verify the validity of the certificate.
Furthermore, the booking system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with biometric security, firewalls and other advanced technologies to prevent interference and unauthorised access.
Cancellation or amendment of a service booking
For Accommodation Services (booking of rooms within an establishment or other types of accommodation), the Customer is reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, in accordance with Article L. 221-28, paragraph 12, of the French Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services that must be supplied on a specific date or during a specific period.
For each Service booking, the Special Terms and Conditions set out the procedures for cancelling and/or amending the booking.
Bookings made with prepayment cannot be amended and/or cancelled. Deposits (sums paid in advance) will not be refunded. In such cases, this is stated in the Special Terms and Conditions.
Where the Special Terms and Conditions permit:
- you may amend or cancel a Service booking by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation email and following the instructions displayed on your screen;
- you may amend or cancel a booking for a Service directly on the Website via the ‘Amend or cancel a booking’ section;
- you may amend or cancel a booking for a Service directly with the establishment, whose contact details, including telephone numbers, are specified in the booking confirmation sent by email.
In the event of a Service being interrupted due to the Customer’s actions, the full agreed price will be charged. In the case of a booking with prepayment prior to the stay, no refund will be granted.
It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the reason for cancellation has arisen.
