Where exactly is the hotel located?
The Avama Montmartre is ideally situated at 6 Rue Fromentin, 75009 Paris, at the foot of Montmartre Hill and just a short walk from the Moulin Rouge and public transport links.
Where can I park my car?
We do not have private car parking, but you will find the Blanche Pigalle car park (7 rue Mansart, 75009) just 50 metres from the hotel. Our guests benefit from a preferential rate of €40 per day for a standard car. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

What time can I check in?
Your room will be ready from 2.00 pm. As our reception is open 24 hours a day, you can arrive at a time that suits you best after 2.00 pm.
Do you offer an early check-in service?
Yes, if you would like to check into your room earlier, we offer this service subject to availability: - For arrival before 11.00: a surcharge of €100. - For arrival between 11.00 and 14.00: a surcharge of €50. We recommend that you let us know in advance so that we can make the best possible arrangements for your arrival.
What time do I need to check out?
Departure is no later than 12.00 (midday).
Is it possible to extend the check-out time (late check-out)?
Yes, if you’d like to enjoy a few extra hours, a late check-out can be arranged subject to availability. Additional charges apply depending on your preferred check-out time. Please remember to request this at reception the day before your departure.
What are the breakfast times and prices?
Our buffet breakfast is served every morning from 7.30 am to 10.30 am in our cosy dining room on the ground floor. - Adult price: €18 per person. - Child price (under 12s): €9.
Do you serve breakfast in the room?
Yes, room service is available on request.
What are the reception’s opening hours?
Our reception team and concierge service are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you, advise you on the best places to visit in the neighbourhood, or help you book a restaurant.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?
Absolutely. We provide a secure luggage storage facility, open 24 hours a day. This means you can explore Paris with peace of mind and your hands free.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we are a ‘pet-friendly’ establishment! Your four-legged friends are welcome for an additional charge of €20 per night. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing them with you when you make your booking.
Do you have any special offers for romantic getaways?
Yes! We offer the Love Package (champagne, rose petals, macarons) as well as an exclusive and discreet Love Box (intimate accessories and games) to spice up your stay, available directly in your room upon arrival. You can select these when you make your booking.
Are all your rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, to ensure your comfort all year round, all our rooms are fitted with reversible air conditioning (heating/cooling) with an individual thermostat.Is Wi-Fi available in the rooms?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge and with unlimited access in all our rooms, as well as in the hotel’s communal areas.What facilities are included in the room?
To ensure your comfort, each room features high-quality bedding, a flat-screen TV, a secure safe, a hairdryer, quality toiletries in the bathroom, as well as a courtesy tray (kettle, tea, coffee) so you can relax whenever you like.Do you offer rooms with a balcony or a view?
Yes, some of our rooms on the upper floors feature charming Parisian balconies or a typical view of the rooftops and the neighbourhood.Is it possible to add a cot or an extra bed to the room?
We’d be delighted to welcome your child! A cot can be provided free of charge upon prior request (subject to the size of the room booked). An extra bed (for an adult or an older child) can be provided in our most spacious room categories, subject to a surcharge. Please do not hesitate to contact us to organise your family holiday.Do you have rooms that are accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Yes, our hotel has rooms specially equipped (with accessible facilities and a fully equipped bathroom) to accommodate guests with reduced mobility. To ensure that one of these rooms is available, please contact us directly before finalising your booking.Are the rooms non-smoking?
Yes, in accordance with French law and for the well-being of all our guests, the entire hotel and all our rooms are strictly non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the balconies of those rooms that have them.
